Rody Hardy

Rody Hardy is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in product development and technology integration across various industries, particularly in healthcare and aerospace. Currently serving as the Head of Product Engineering at Powin since August 2019, Rody directs all aspects of product engineering, including Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Test, Reliability, and Compliance. Prior to this role, Rody held multiple leadership positions at Capsa Healthcare from February 2013 to August 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing engineering teams in the design and development of medical equipment and software. Rody's earlier experience includes senior roles at Columbia Helicopters, where project leadership encompassed aircraft system integrations, and Honda Engineering North America, focusing on automotive information electronics projects.
