Ursula Harris-Johnson has extensive experience in quality management and customer satisfaction roles. Ursula currently serves as the Director of Customer Quality at Powin. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Total Customer Satisfaction Operations Director for FIS NAO US at FORVIA from May 2022 to October 2023. From February 2020 to April 2022, Ursula worked as the Director of Quality at Fairbanks Morse Defense. Ursula also served as the Director of Quality at thyssenkrupp Industrial & Supply Chain Services NA from September 2017 to December 2019. Before that, they held the position of Quality Manager at The Woodbridge Group from September 2015 to August 2017 and at Magna Exteriors and Magna Interiors from February 2015 to September 2015. Ursula's career in quality management began at CNI Plastics, where they worked as a Quality Manager from June 2012 to February 2015.

Ursula Harris-Johnson holds a Master of Science degree in Quality Management from Eastern Michigan University. Ursula also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering from Tuskegee University. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Villanova University.
