Richcarde Mervil has a diverse work experience. Richcarde started their career as a Data Entry Operator at Xtra Supermarket in 2018. Later, they worked at Zemara Fitness as a Customer Support representative, where they focused on managing customer feedback and upselling products. In 2020, Richcarde became the Founder and CEO of LIVRE'M DISTRIBUTION before moving on to Velaire Frames as the Head of Customer Support. In this role, they developed partnerships with influencers and streamlined customer service processes. Richcarde then joined FireGroup Technology as a Customer Success and Onboarding Specialist, where they guided customers through the usage of Shopify apps and resolved technical issues. Currently, Richcarde is working at POWR as a Tier 2 Team Lead in Customer Support & Success.
