Ewa Drożdż

Ewa Drożdż has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Ewa started their career at BRE Bank in 2002 as a Specialist, focusing on projects related to Treasury and Settlements. Ewa later became a Senior Specialist, where they managed the TARGET2 implementation project. In 2011, Ewa joined PKO Bank Polski as a Business Relationship Manager in IT for the Treasury area. Ewa eventually transitioned to the role of Director of Settlement, Risk & Treasury IT Development Bureau, leading a large team and overseeing IT development for multiple areas. Throughout their career, Ewa has demonstrated strong project management skills and expertise in strategic IT initiatives.

Ewa Drożdż holds a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Warsaw, completed from 1996 to 2001. In 2016, they also completed a post-graduate program in Project Management: agile and classic methodologies at Warsaw University of Technology. Additionally, they obtained the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification in 2016. Earlier, from 1992 to 1996, they pursued a Mathematics and Computer Science profile at XL LO im. St. Żeromskiego.
