Jozef Puzyna has a diverse work experience that spans various sectors. Jozef started as a Commercial Representative at MECAMIDI in 1999. Jozef then worked as an Intern at US Congress before moving to the Ministry of Finance as an Internal Auditor. Jozef later joined BNP Paribas Cardif, where they held several roles related to internal audit and risk management. Subsequently, they worked at PKO Bank Polski in different capacities, including Advisor to the CEO and Deputy Director of Internal Audit Department. At PKO Leasing, they served as the Head of Internal Audit, successfully overseeing a transformation during a major merger. Jozef's latest role is as the Business Support Director at the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH). Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on internal audit, risk management, and supporting business functions.
Jozef Puzyna began their education at III Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Marynarki Wojennej w Gdyni from 1987 to 1991. Jozef continued their studies at Krakow University of Economics in 1991-1992 for International Business. Following this, they attended Jagiellonian University from 1993 to 1998, earning their MA in Psychology. Jozef then obtained a BA in Management & Marketing from Jagiellonian University in 1995-1999. Later on, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued an MPA degree at the National School of Public Administration, focusing on administration, law, economics, and European integration. In addition, Jozef Puzyna also obtained certifications as a Certified Internal Auditor in 2005 and completed a workshop in Sense-Making in 2024.
