Brent Holste has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brent is currently serving as the Director of Wireless Sales at PPC Broadband, Inc. - A Belden Brand since 2022. Previously, from 2018 to 2022, they worked as a National Account Director at Clearfield, where they focused on helping customers reduce costs associated with fiber network deployment. Prior to that, Brent worked at 3M, where they held positions such as Construction Specialist and Technical Account Manager in the Southeast region from 2017 to 2018. Brent's telecom experience includes serving as the Director of Dedicated Services Installation and Repair at Cincinnati Bell from 1996 to 2017. Brent also owned and operated New Dimension Construction from 1992 to 1996. Brent began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Plane Captain and Ordnance Specialist from 1988 to 1992.

Brent Holste, CPM, began their education in 1983 at Tupin High School, where they completed their secondary education in 1986. Brent later enrolled at Thomas More University from 2005 to 2008, earning an Associates degree in Management. In 2008, they continued their education at Thomas More University and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. In 2011, Brent attended Xavier University for a short period to gain certification as a Project Manager.
