Steven Ouellette has an extensive work experience in various finance-related roles. Steven served as the Chief Financial Officer at PEAK Event Services, a premier event rental and services company, where they oversaw financial operations and was involved in the integration of multiple acquisitions. Prior to that, they held the same position at Velcro Companies, where they implemented a turnaround plan for a troubled business and transformed the global finance function. Steven also served as the Director of Finance at Brady Corporation, managing the North America finance function and leading the Financial Rotational Development Program. Additionally, they were the Vice President & CFO at Automotive Aftermarket Group, where they played a key role in establishing the company and developing the business case for investors. Steven began their career as an Auditor at EY, where they performed financial statement audits for various industries. Overall, Steven Ouellette has a diverse background in finance and has demonstrated expertise in turnaround management, strategic financial planning, and process optimization.
Steven Ouellette completed their bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration at the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics from 1991 to 1995. Steven also obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy. In 2016, Steven attended Harvard Business School Executive Education for a Leadership Development program.
