Roshon Omar has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Roshon has worked as the Head of Organisational Development and Transformation at PPECB since November 2016. Prior to that, they were the Director of Beyond Doing, where they focused on leadership coaching, facilitation, and consulting. Roshon Omar has a diverse education history. In 1989, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Cape Town, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1993. In 2008, Roshon enrolled at Middlesex University, where they completed their Master of Arts degree in Professional Coaching in 2010.
