Roshon Omar has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Roshon has worked as the Head of Organisational Development and Transformation at PPECB since November 2016. Prior to that, they were the Director of Beyond Doing, where they focused on leadership coaching, facilitation, and consulting. Roshon also worked at Direct Axis as the Head of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, where they managed a team and implemented strategic initiatives to enhance people practices and performance.
