Amy Beck

Amy Beck currently serves as the Corporate Governance Manager at PPG, overseeing the preparation and dissemination of Board materials, drafting minutes, and assisting with shareholder meetings and governance matters. Previously, Amy held the position of Board Administrator at The PNC Financial Services Group, where similar responsibilities included managing Board materials and assisting with the proxy statement and Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Additional experience includes roles as Legal Department Manager and Assistant Corporate Secretary at LB Foster, Senior Paralegal at EQT Corporation, and Senior Manager of Shareholder Relations and Assistant Secretary at HJ Heinz, with a focus on shareholder relations, corporate governance, and compliance. Amy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Waynesburg University and has completed a secretarial program at Bradford Business School.
