Beata Sowa

Beata Sowa is a seasoned professional in the coatings industry with two decades of experience at PPG, where Beata currently serves as Global Operations Manager, overseeing global purchasing alliances and implementing strategies to reduce costs and complexity in raw materials and finished products. Previous roles at PPG include Color Scientist and Color Marketing Specialist, where Beata developed advanced testing methods for effect basecoats, and Complaints Officer, focusing on claims management and quality assurance projects. Beata began their career as a Chemist, working on water-based formulations for Automotive Refinish, and has a foundational experience as an Executive Secretary at Risanamento SpA.
