Ben Shiu

Ben Shiu is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in process engineering and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the AP Resin Engineering Manager at PPG Industries, Ben oversees water-based epoxy and acrylic resin engineering for Asia Pacific plants, providing critical process engineering support and managing high-level cost-saving initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as Process Engineering Manager at Johnson Matthey, where Ben led a team of engineers for new site commissioning and product transfers, and Process Manager at tesa tape, focusing on new product introduction and process development. Ben's career also encompasses significant positions at Henkel, Tata Steel, and Chevron, demonstrating expertise in project leadership, process optimization, safety studies, and technical support within chemical engineering contexts.
