Clay Pilot

Clay Pilot currently serves as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at PPG since January 2018, after holding the position of Regional Market Manager for Arkansas. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest at Great Southern Wood Preserving, where responsibilities encompassed supervising sales teams and enhancing customer relations. At Triumph Group, Clay held the position of Contract Sales and Marketing Manager, focusing on customer care and business relationship development. As Executive Vice President of Sales at MDM Energy, Clay successfully tripled annual wells drilled through effective management of marketing and sales operations. Clay holds a degree from Henderson State University, obtained between 2001 and 2005, and possesses formal training in contract negotiation from Dale Carnegie.
