Kowoon Lim

Kowoon Lim serves as the Commercial Transformation Director in the Business Transformation Office at PPG since March 2022, leading a team of 16 to drive commercial excellence and digital transformation across multiple regions, including Finland, Sweden, Norway, and China. Previously, Kowoon held various roles at Wärtsilä from October 2016 to March 2022, culminating in the position of Senior Development Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing sales processes and providing analytics to a global sales force. Kowoon began a professional journey with positions at KONE Corporation and the Industrial Bank of Korea, focusing on CRM solutions and corporate banking services, respectively. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Management and International Business from Aalto University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, among others.
