Neerja Grover

Neerja Grover has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Neerja currently works as a Product Lead at PPL Corporation. Prior to that, they served as a Scrum Master at NextEra Energy Resources from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they held the position of Scrum Master/Lead Business Analyst at Kforce Inc (Client - Nextera Energy Resources) from 2016 to 2018. Neerja started their career at D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions in 2006, where they worked as a Team Lead for 8 years. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Production Support and Maintenance team, managing deliveries, resolving production issues, coordinating with global distribution systems, and facilitating XML/API integrations with online travel agencies.

Neerja Grover holds a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) degree and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Maharshi Dayanand University. Neerja also has additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from NextEra Energy Resources, Safe Scrum master from Scaled Agile, Inc., and iStormed (Patent) from USPTO.
