Raquel Ruiz-Castaneda, PMP has a diverse and extensive work experience. Raquel started their career at Florida Power & Light, where they worked in various roles including Systems Analyst, Procurement and Materials Management, Business Planning and Resource Allocation, and Plant Leader, Power Generation. Raquel then joined LCEC, where they served as a Reliability Engineer, Transmission and Distribution, and later as a Construction Management Sr. Supervisor. Raquel also worked at Hovensa as a Managing Project Manager, Manager of Project Controls, and Staff Project Engineer. Raquel managed a $255M capital project portfolio and led cross-functional teams to execute projects successfully. Raquel joined PPL Corporation as a Manager, Operations Services and later became the Manager, Utility Warehouse Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Warehousing and Inventory Management at PPL Corporation. Throughout their career, Raquel has demonstrated leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a strong focus on improving operations and achieving customer satisfaction.

Raquel Ruiz-Castaneda, PMP has a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (MSIE) from the University of Miami. Raquel also holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) from the same university. In addition, they have completed an MBA in Business Management and IT from Hodges University. Raquel has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
