Ronald Shepherd III

Ronald Shepherd III has held various roles in their work experience. Ronald started their career at PECO, an Exelon Company, where they worked as a 1st Class Lead Splicer/Underground Mechanic from 1997 to 2007. Ronald then became a Work Management Supervisor-Coordinator from 2007 to 2008, followed by an Emergency Response Supervisor from 2008 to 2010.

In 2010, Ronald moved to PPL Corporation, where they initially worked as a Supervisor from 2010 to 2013, and then became a Field Manager from 2013 to 2016. Ronald later served as a Manager from 2016 to 2018, overseeing Shift Supervisors, System Operators, bargaining unit Dispatchers, and field resources. In their most recent role as Director Distribution Operations since 2018, Ronald managed the development of employees and improved critical business processes to ensure competencies existed within the organization. Ronald was responsible for human performance and safety, as well as safeguarding the general public related to Distribution Operations work practices.

Ronald Shepherd III obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Thomas Edison State University.
