Suzanne Crouch Chpp Fapm

Suzanne Crouch ChPP FAPM is an accomplished Construction Project Director at National Grid, spearheading the #TheGreatGridUpgrade initiative in Wales and the West Coast. With extensive experience in project management, Suzanne has held key roles including Co-opted Infrastructure Committee member at Canal & River Trust, High Risk Project Reviewer for the Infrastructure and Projects Authority, and Project Director for the Department for Education's Schools Rebuilding Programme. Prior to these positions, significant contributions were made at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd as Head of Programme Interface and Programme Manager, and earlier at the Department for Transport and Barnet Council. Suzanne's academic background includes a BSc in Cognitive Science from the University of Hertfordshire and a BTEC HND in Design from Barnet College.
