Michal Petr has accumulated significant experience in the field of customer service and claims management, currently serving as vedoucí škod a reklamací at PPL CZ since November 2006, after progressing through roles such as likvidátor škod, referent reklamací centrály, and operátor zákaznického servisu. Prior to PPL CZ, Michal worked as a prodejce at Sony for a brief period in October 2006, and gained experience in sales support at DATART from October 2003 to October 2006. Educational background includes studies at Language School JS Fan Prague from 2003 to 2004 and completion of secondary education at Střední průmyslová škola Masná, Praha, from 1999 to 2003.
