Carol Ruggeri Salvo

Carol Ruggeri Salvo has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. From 1991 to 2005, they worked for MicroFinancial, Inc. as the VP of Legal Operations, where they designed and managed a Legal-collections operation and was responsible for the recovery of a $200M defaulted portfolio.

In 2005, Carol joined First Marblehead as the Director of Litigation and Bankruptcy, a role they held until 2008.

From 2009 to 2010, they worked at athenahealth as the Remittance Manager.

In 2010, Carol joined Calloway Labs as the Director of Revenue Management, where they worked until 2012.

Since 2012, they have been working at Public Partnerships | PPL as the Senior Director of Revenue, where they provide leadership, oversight, and strategy to a centralized Revenue Cycle Management operation in support of a $4B portfolio.

Carol Ruggeri Salvo graduated from Simmons University with a BA degree in Business Management. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Notary Public from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in May 2014.
