Kimberly Jackson

Sr. Regional Director, Account Management at PPL First

Kimberly Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Kimberly started their career at EDS Group in 1998 as a Business Analyst, responsible for software development and participating in change control processes. Kimberly then joined Xerox in 2000 as a Business Analyst/Deputy Project Manager, where they played a role in project management and documentation. In 2004, they became the Director of Site Operations at Xerox, a position they held until 2013. During this time, they oversaw site operations and ensured smooth functioning. From 2013 to 2016, Kimberly worked as a Services Delivery Manager at Xerox, managing service delivery processes. In 2017, they joined Public Partnerships | PPL as an Account Manager, responsible for client accounts. Kimberly was later promoted to Director of Client Success and eventually to Sr. Director of Client Success, a role they currently hold.

Kimberly Jackson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University. Kimberly then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kimberly obtained the certification of "The Partnership, Inc. Fellow Alum" from The Partnership, Inc. in December 2022.
