Mark Herman

Mark Herman has a strong background in data analysis and systems analysis, with extensive experience in the field. From 1996 to 2019, they worked at Public Consulting Group as a Senior Systems Analyst, where they focused on creating and supporting technical initiatives to promote data-driven decision making. Mark utilized technologies such as SharePoint 2016, Power BI, Power Apps, SQL Server, and MS Access/VBA. In 2019, Mark joined Public Partnerships | PPL as a Lead Data Analyst, where they manage and implements internal and external SharePoint sites as part of an Analytics Team. Mark collaborates with stakeholders to update and improve processes and develops and implements automated solutions and reports using various tools, such as SharePoint lists/libraries, Power Automate, PowerShell, Customer Voice, and Power BI/Power Query.

Mark Herman earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and UNC Charlotte, where they attended from 1986 to 1991. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional from the IIBA.
