Mads Stougaard

Mads Stougaard is an experienced financial executive with a strong background in pension fund management. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at P+ Pension for Akademikere since March 2015, Mads leads the Finance Department, overseeing four divisions: Risk Management, Accounting, Legal and Compliance, and IT. Prior to this role, Mads acted as Chief Financial Officer at the Pension Fund for Danish Lawyers and Economists from June 2003 to March 2015, while also holding positions such as Head of Risk Management and Risk Manager, focusing on ALM studies, compliance, and system development. Mads began professional career as a Consultant at MjsConsult from January 2000 to January 2007, specializing in system development. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc. in Business Administration and Management Science from Copenhagen Business School and a Leadership qualification from Ledernes Kompetencecenter.
