Anna Leisa Sauser, MS, MSA, is a seasoned professional in data analytics and strategic human resources, currently serving as a Sr. People & Culture Analyst focused on Reporting and Analytics at GEHA Health since September 2023. Previously, Anna founded Slate + Waters Consulting, where expertise in data analytics and HR consulting was applied from January 2013 to September 2023. Additional experience includes a role as a Machine Learning Fellow at Fellowship.AI and positions in training and career development, counseling, and business analysis across various organizations. Anna holds a Master's degree in Data Analytics from Dakota State University and an MS in Counseling and Human Resource Development from South Dakota State University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Middle Eastern History from the University of Minnesota.
