Rocco Cocchiarale

Rocco Cocchiarale is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in training, development, and executive coaching across various sectors. Since founding Insights Leadership, LLC in August 2012, Rocco has focused on enhancing organizational growth through curriculum design and executive coaching. Currently serving as a facilitator and coach for PPS International Limited, Rocco has previously held significant roles, including Executive Director of Training and Development at Avon Products Inc., where the inaugural global training framework for over 20,000 managers was launched. Rocco's career also includes key positions at General Electric and American Express, where responsibilities encompassed program management, training development, and leadership education. Rocco holds a Master's in Fine Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Human Resources diploma from New York University.
