William Papenberg

William Papenberg has over 20 years of work experience. William began their career in 1996 as a Contractor for Pinnacle Networking Group. In 2005, they became the Manager of Operations for Kaiser Permanente. In 2010, they were hired as a Technical Program Manager at InfoZen, where they managed a portfolio of systems for the Department of Homeland Security (DHSs) Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and successfully managed 140 individuals on the program. In 2011, they joined Flatter & Associates as a Senior Program Manager. William then moved to PPT Solutions, Inc in 2015, where they worked as a Program Director, specializing in project management, powerful strategizing, budget planning, and agile framework.

William Papenberg received their Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix in 2013. William also holds certifications from Lunarline, Inc. in Certified Expert in Cloud Security (CECS) obtained in August 2014, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) from Cisco, FedRAMP Cybersecurity from George Mason University, and Scaled Agile Framework and SAFe from Scaled Agile, Inc.
