Kathy Christman

Kathy Christman is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in process and operations leadership within the chemical industry. Currently serving as a Process Engineering Leader at PQ Corporation since November 2022, Kathy previously held roles as Operations Capability Leader and Production Team Lead at Stepan Company from November 2016 to May 2021, where responsibilities included production leadership, turnaround planning, and project management. Earlier experience at Dow included positions as Senior Improvement Engineer and various engineering roles, focusing on site improvements, technical audits, and emergency preparedness. Kathy also contributed as a Project Engineer at Microgy, Incorporated, and has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
