Andrea Chierici -

Andrea Chierici has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Andrea is currently working at PQE Group as a Business Development Director in the Medical Devices/IVD sector. Previously, they served as the Head of Marketing at Anika Therapeutics from September 2018 to September 2019.

From 2012 to 2018, Andrea worked at AO Foundation as the AOSpine TK Group Manager. Prior to that, they held the position of International Product Manager at Orthofix Orthopedics International from July 2009 to June 2012. Before joining Orthofix, Andrea worked at Eurosets as an International Sales Manager from June 2005 to June 2009.

Andrea'searlier work experience includes serving as a Sales Area Manager at Lorenz Biotech S.p.A. from August 2003 to May 2005. Andrea began their career at Value Partners as an Associate Consultant from January 2002 to August 2003. Andrea also worked at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants as a Senior Consultant from April 1998 to June 2000.

Andrea Chierici has a diverse educational background. In 1991, they enrolled at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering. This course lasted for six years and came to an end in 1997. Following this, Andrea pursued an MBA in Business Administration at SDA Bocconi from 2000 to 2001. Later in 2021, they attended the Medtronic Open Innovation Lab in Italy, completing the MAKE - Medtronic Master Advanced Knowledge Experience program. The field of study for this program encompassed various aspects of Healthcare, including RA&QA, Market Access/HTA, R&D, Data Analytics/Digital, and Finance.
