Ayushi Gupta

Ayushi Gupta is a Senior Consultant Nutritionist at HealthifyMe since November 2020, specializing in personalized nutrition plans and client support for health conditions such as Diabetes, PCOD, and Thyroid. In addition to providing one-on-one counseling, Ayushi conducts group coaching and nutrition education workshops. Ayushi has also served as a Consultant at PQE Group since January 2022 and previously worked as a Dietitian at Fitgalaxy, Varta Health, and VLCC from 2019 to 2020, focusing on meal preparation and education on balanced diets. Initial experience includes internships at Parag Milk Foods and Shekhar Hospital Pvt Ltd, which provided insights into quality control and health standards in food. Ayushi holds a Master's degree in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from Isabella Thoburn P.G. College and a diploma in Human Nutrition from Asean Online Education AOE.
