Leonid Mikheev

Leonid Mikheev has a diverse work experience in the fields of IT project management, business analysis, and product management. Leonid worked as an IT Project Manager at PQE Group starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Business Analyst at Automation and Consulting, Automacon, LLC in 2022. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as a Business Analyst at Ук Мединвестгрупп, where they were involved in project management, analytics, and software flaw elimination. In 2020, they served as a Product Manager at СБЕР ЕАПТЕКА, where they managed the development group for a retail module and implemented various process improvements. Before that, from 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Lead System Analyst at Столото, ТК Центр, where they described integration tasks and flows within the 1C system and with other systems. Finally, from 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Business Analyst at ООО Финэкомпани, where they analyzed laws, developed module specifications, and fulfilled administrative functions.

Leonid Mikheev completed their education from 2008 to 2014 at Transnistrian State University, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Economy, audit & accounting. Additionally, they have received several certifications including Kanban Systems Improvement and Kanban System Design from Kanban University in 2021 and 2020 respectively.
