Marleen Pruscha

Marleen Pruscha has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Marleen currently holds the position of Operations Manager DACH & Associate Partner at PQE Group. Prior to this role, they also served as an Operations Manager DACH and a Project Manager, CSV & Data Integrity Manager/Consultant at the same company.

Marleen previously worked at ERBER Group (Erber AG) as a Quality and IMS Manager for a year, from June 2020 to February 2021.

Before joining ERBER Group, they were employed at CROMA-PHARMA as a Senior Quality Manager eQMS from May 2019 to May 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a CAPA Manager at the same company from December 2015 to April 2019.

Marleen's work experience also includes a role as a Quality Representative at Baxalta from November 2014 to November 2015, and as an Entwicklungs- und Prozesstechnikerin at Biomay AG from September 2012 to October 2014.

Marleen Pruscha received their Bachelor of Science degree in Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Marleen then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Biotechnological Quality Management from FH Campus Wien | University of Applied Sciences, studying from 2016 to 2018.
