Santiago Matuk began their work experience in 2019 as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Costco Wholesale. Santiago worked in this role until July 2022. In June 2020, they joined Novartis as a Service Transition Expert and remained in this position until July 2022. In July 2022, Santiago transitioned to the role of Project Management Officer at PQE Group, where they worked until September 2022. Following this, they became a Business Development Manager for the USA (California Region) at PQE Group, a role they held until July 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Business Development Manager for Europe (Spain Region) at PQE Group.

Santiago Matuk attended the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México from 2017 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business with a field of study in International Business.

In addition to their formal education, Santiago has also obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they completed the NBS Service Excellence Training at Novartis. In July 2020, they obtained the IT Service Management Foundation certification, also from Novartis. In September 2019, Santiago achieved a TOEIC C1 certification from ETS. Prior to that, in July 2016, they obtained the Cambridge English FCE certification from the University of Cambridge. Finally, in July 2014, Santiago received a Preliminary English Test certification from Cambridge Assessment English.
