Stephen Tyrpak

Stephen Tyrpak has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and medical device industries. Their most recent role is as the Associate Vice President of MD Operations for the US and Canada at PQE Group, where they are responsible for leading medical device operations and acting as a subject matter expert for client needs. Stephen also serves as an Executive consultant for clients in various projects. Prior to this, Stephen worked as a healthcare and global business strategy advisor as a private consultant, helping companies grow from idea to market launch. Stephen also has experience as the Director of Quality, Regulatory & Clinical Affairs at Garwood Medical Devices, where they managed testing, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement strategy. Additionally, Stephen worked as a healthcare and regulatory strategy consultant, advising healthcare and medtech companies on meeting regulatory requirements and developing business and marketing strategies. Stephen started their career as a Clinical Investigator at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, where they advised on clinical trials and managed trial participants.

Stephen Tyrpak has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Math Minor from D'Youville University. Stephen also holds another Bachelor's degree from the same university, with a major in Biology and a minor in Psychology. Stephen has obtained additional certifications in various fields, including Project Management from PQE Group in October 2022, and Clinical Investigation Training Course from the FDA in November 2019. Stephen has also completed certifications in Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens from the University at Buffalo, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), HIPPA, OR Procedures and Security, Protecting Human Research Participants (PHRP), Working with IACUC, and VOHRA Wound Certificate.
