Thomas Carganico

Thomas Carganico has a diverse work experience in marketing, communications, strategic development, and business development. Thomas is currently serving as the Board of Directors - Marketing & Communications Chair at ISPE Italy Affiliate since April 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at PQE Group, including Vice President Strategic Development, Marketing & Communications | Equity Partner from May 2023, Marketing & Communication Director | Senior Associate Partner from March 2020 to May 2023, Marketing & Communication Director from March 2020 to January 2022, and Marketing & Communications Manager from October 2017 to March 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PQE Group from January 2017 to October 2017, where they were responsible for recruiting and headhunting for the U.S. market and implementing internal communication and employer branding initiatives. Thomas also has experience as a Co-Founder at Resilia Service, an Italian innovative startup business that they cofounded in 2021 and aims to develop an app dedicated to personal and healthcare services. Prior to that, they worked at Polpo Ltd as an Assistant Manager from October 2015 to June 2016 and as a Team Supervisor from January 2015 to October 2015. Thomas also worked at PBS as a Business Development professional from November 2014 to December 2014 and as a Communication & PR professional from December 2013 to October 2014. Furthermore, they served as the Director Executive Assistant at MIFF Awards (Milan International Film Festival Awards) from January 2013 to January 2014.

Thomas Carganico obtained a Master Executive degree in Digital Communication & Brand Reputation from 24ORE Business School in the years 2018-2019. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at IULM University, where they earned a Laurea triennale in Relazioni Pubbliche (Bachelor's degree in Public Relations) in the years 2010-2013. During their time at IULM University, they also participated in a Workshop in Gestione degli Eventi Culturali (Workshop in Cultural Event Management) from 2012 to 2013, which focused on project management.
