Zale Harris

Zale Harris possesses extensive experience in the electrical engineering field, currently serving as an Electrical Engineer TEE at DECO Communications since February 1997 and as an Electrical Engineer and CAP Manager at PQM Inc. since September 2020. Previously, Zale worked as an Electrical Engineer TEE for Caltrans from March 1987 to February 2020, specializing in inspection and oversight of electrical and intelligent transportation systems. Zale's career began as a Journeyman Electrician in the Locomotive Division at Santa Fe Railroad from January 1982 to March 1987. Zale holds educational credentials from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, IT University of California, Riverside Community College, San Diego State University-California State University, and the University of Southern California Law School.
