Era Khurana

Era Khurana has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Era started their career at HDFC Standard Life Insurance, where they worked on a live project focused on recruitment. Era then moved on to North Delhi Power Limited as a summer trainee in the Personnel Department, where they studied the company's performance management system and analyzed exit interviews.

After that, Era worked at Mogae Digital as an HR Executive, where they were a part of an integrated marketing and communications agency. Following that, they joined Digilogue Communications as a Senior Executive in Human Resources, where their responsibilities included staff training, recruitment, and developing HR plans and policies.

Era then took on the role of Assistant Manager in HR at Seven3Rockers Technologies Pvt Ltd., where they gained experience in managing HR operations. Currently, Era works at PR Pundit as the Human Resources Lead, overseeing all HR functions for three business branches. Era leads a team responsible for talent acquisition, HR operations, payroll, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Era Khurana holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Jagan Institute Of Management Studies (JIMS Rohini), which was obtained from 2009 to 2011. Era also obtained a Master's of Business Administration degree in Human Resource from the same institution during the same period. Prior to their MBA, Era completed a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on General Management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, Era has obtained certifications in Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning and Organizational Culture from LinkedIn, although the specific dates of completion are not provided.
