Elena Keung

Elena Keung is a partner at PRA Consulting who has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Elena began their career as a project engineer at URS Corporation and then became a project estimator at Structure Tone. In 2007, they joined Morgan Stanley as a director of construction management where they oversaw a variety of real estate expansion and reconfiguration projects across the Americas. Elena has extensive knowledge in cost management and project controls and is highly skilled in contractor procurement and construction administration. In their current role at PRA Consulting, Elena provides construction consulting services to clients in the New York area.

Elena Keung has a MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a BS in Civil Engineering from the New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
