David Silva Cordeiro

David Silva Cordeiro is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at MoonPay since August 2021, David focuses on fostering healthy teams and developing innovative products within Payments, Crypto, Identity, Fraud, and Infrastructure domains. In addition, David acts as an Engineering Leadership Mentor and Coach at Tandem, guiding leaders from top tech companies to enhance their leadership capabilities. Previously, David held various roles including Director of Engineering and Product at Codacy, Engineering Manager at Volkswagen Digital Solutions, and Agile Coach at multiple organizations. David's career began at Banco BIC Português, S.A. and Banco BPI before transitioning into prominent managerial positions. David holds a degree in Informatics Engineering from the Setúbal School of Technology Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal.
