Lynn G. Johnston

Lynn G. Johnston is co-founder of Practical Health Systems, which became a C corporation in April 2000. In May 2000, the board of directors appointed Mr. Johnston to the position of President and CEO. He was also named Chairman of the Board of Directors. Prior to founding Practical Health Systems, Mr. Johnston was co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Technology Solutions, Inc. (ITS) of Nashville, TN, a network and telecommunication company. Clients include Columbia/HCA, NCR, and Cisco Systems.
