Mehreen A. began their work experience in 2018 as a Senior Administrative Officer at Extramarks Education India Pvt. Ltd. Mehreen held this role until July 2022. In June 2022, they joined Practically as a Sales Lead, a position they currently hold.

Mehreen A. completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Kashmir between 2012 and 2015. Mehreen then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR and Finance from the same university from 2015 to 2018.
