Suzana started their career at Northwell Health as a Client Service Representative in 2013 and later progressed to become a Specialist and then an Educator in Client Services. In 2019, they joined Sema4 as a Client Services Specialist and Effectiveness & Enablement Trainer in Field Operations. Suzana then transitioned to become the Manager of Customer Excellence Education & Training. Currently, they are working at Practice by Numbers as a Customer Success Manager since 2022. Suzana Mathew has gained valuable expertise in client services, training, and customer success throughout their career.

Suzana Mathew has a diverse educational background in the field of criminal justice and emergency management.
