Nick Daugherty

Nick Daugherty's work experience includes roles at various companies. Nick is currently working at PracticeCFO as a Co-CFO Advisor and Associate CFO Advisor. Prior to this, they worked at KPMG as a Senior Audit Associate and Audit Associate. Nick also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they led lab discussions, assisted with course design, and hosted review sessions. Nick's earlier roles include an Accounts Receivable Intern at Marcone Supply, Senior Lifeguard at Sunset Hills Aquatic Facility, Camp Teacher at Abra-Kid-Abra, and Server/Buser at Garden Villas South.

Nick Daugherty has a strong educational background in the field of accounting. Nick attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree and completed a Master of Accountancy (150 Hr. Program). During their time at the university, their focus of study was accounting.

In 2014, Nick also had the opportunity to study abroad at the Universidad de Alicante in Spain. Although no degree was specified, they pursued coursework in Spanish Language and Literature.

In addition to their formal education, Nick has obtained multiple certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In 2017, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), which further attests to their expertise in the field. Two years later, in 2020, they completed a course titled "Data Ethics: Making Data-Driven Decisions" through LinkedIn. More recently, in 2022, Nick obtained the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification from the CFP Board.
