Mhairi Williams 1st

Mhairi Williams has extensive work experience in investment accounting and oversight. Mhairi is currently working at Athora as the Director of Investment Accounting and Oversight. Prior to their current role, they held the position of Senior Manager of Investment Accounting and Oversight at Athora.

Before joining Athora, Mhairi worked at Royal London for a significant period. Mhairi started as a Trainee Accountant in December 2011 and then progressed to the role of Investment Accountant. In their role as Investment Accountant, Mhairi's main responsibilities included oversight visits, representing Royal London at governance meetings and oversight visits with outsourced service providers, committee report writing and presentations, Solvency II reporting, and IFRS reporting. Mhairi also gained experience using SAGE and Oracle software. Mhairi then advanced to the position of Investment Accounting Manager, where they continued to contribute to the company's financial operations until November 2021.

Mhairi Williams earned their Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Northumbria University, which they attended from 2007 to 2011.
