Amruti Borad

Amruti Borad is a highly experienced medical professional currently serving as a Concierge Medicine Physician at UC San Diego Health since February 2019. In addition to clinical responsibilities, Borad holds several leadership roles, including Faculty Mentor for the Physician Enhancement Program, Director of the Provider Well-Being Working Group for CommUnity Care, Clinic Medical Director, Acute COVID-19 Response Team Physician, and Community Care Experience Champion. Borad also serves as a Mental Fitness Coach with Positive Intelligence, is on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Academy of Family Physicians, and is a faculty member at Practicing Excellence. Previous experience includes working as a Family Medicine Physician and Assistant Clinical Professor at UCLA Health from June 2014 to September 2018. Borad holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences and a Board Certification in Family Medicine from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Additional education includes completion of the Health Leadership Academy at UCSD Health and a Bachelor's degree from Pitzer College.
