Kay Mitchell

Kay Mitchell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in library relations, analytics, and consulting services. Currently serving as the Associate Director and Library Relations Manager at Practising Law Institute since December 2018, Kay previously held significant roles at organizations such as W2O Group as Senior Manager of Analytics & Insights, and Treato as Director of Consulting Services. With a strong background in social media analytics within the healthcare sector, Kay has supervised teams, developed project management tools, and created social media analytics to address client needs. Earlier career experiences include positions at Vibrant Media, NM Incite - A Nielsen McKinsey Company, and JCC Association, where foundational skills in content management and resource development were established. Kay holds a Master's degree in Library Science from St. John's University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from DePaul University.
