Mainak Biswas

Mainak Biswas is a seasoned quality analyst with extensive experience in improving operational quality standards and driving process enhancements. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Analyst at Practo since August 2020, Mainak provides critical support to the operations team, focusing on quality monitoring and reporting. Previously held the role of Quality Assurance Team Lead at Wipro BPS from April 2017 to July 2020, where Mainak successfully led process improvement initiatives and achieved significant cost savings. Early career experience includes a position as an Associate at Ces Technologies, contributing to the Bihar Land-Record Project through expertise in GIS and accurate mapping. Mainak holds an MBA in Marketing from ICFAI University and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Calcutta.
