Barbara Utrup

Barbara Utrup is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in organizational development and management consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Management Consultant at PRADCO since May 2018, Barbara leverages research-based practices to enhance business operations. Previously, Barbara held the position of Human Resources Consultant at The Employers' Association and was Chief Human Resources Officer at Specialized Alternatives for Families & Youth (SAFY), where Barbara significantly contributed to workforce planning and training development. Barbara also held various roles at SAFY, including Director of Personnel Operations and Director of Recruitment, as well as serving as Human Resource Manager at Omni Manufacturing and Human Resources Assistant at Celina Manor Nursing Home. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
