Walter Chui

Walter Chui has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Walter currently holds the position of Vice President, Asset Management at Prado Group since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at UBS as a Director - Asset Management from February 2020 to November 2022, and as an Associate Director - Asset Management from April 2015 to February 2020. Before joining UBS, they worked at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. as an Associate from December 2011 to March 2015. Walter also gained experience as a Valuation Services Intern at Cushman & Wakefield from November 2009 to September 2010, and as a Research Analyst at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Brokerage from June 2006 to June 2008.
