Allison Flaten

Allison Flaten, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has extensive experience in HR roles. Allison is currently serving as the VP of People at Praecipio since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Accenture from 2017 to 2021, where they held various positions including HR Partner, North America Technology Talent Strategist, and HR Service Delivery Manager. In these roles, they provided knowledgeable advice, excellent service, and meaningful coaching to leadership and employees. Additionally, they partnered with regional HR teams to formulate and execute talent programs, such as Accenture's Return to Work Program and Summer Analyst Program.

Before joining Accenture, Allison worked as an HR Director at Accenture | SolutionsIQ from 2013 to 2017. Allison also has experience as an HR Manager at Albers & Company from 2009 to 2013, where they provided company-wide HR support, conducted employment needs assessments, managed employee evaluations, and ensured excellent customer service. In this role, they implemented new systems to improve HR and benefits products and facilitated a successful payroll/HRIS conversion.

Allison's earlier work experience includes serving as an Administrative Manager at Satura Cakes in 2008 and as an HR Coordinator at NCM Demolition + Remediation from 2006 to 2008. Overall, their expertise spans across various HR functions and industries.

Allison Flaten, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, attended the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2001 to 2005. Allison obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

In terms of additional certifications, Allison Flaten has obtained several. In January 2014, they received the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI. In April 2015, they also became a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. Furthermore, in October 2017, Allison obtained three certifications from ICAgile: the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Leadership (ICP-ALP), and the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF).
