Ashley Redding Hall

Ashley Redding Hall is currently the Senior Director of People & Culture at cocokind, where responsibilities include overseeing recruiting, people operations, human resources, employee experience, and culture. Previously, Ashley was the Head of People Operations at Clever Inc., where duties included managing a team of people operation specialists, building a hybrid remote culture, employee engagement, and continuous feedback programs. Ashley also has experience as a Horticulturist at the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Policy & Management from the University of Denver.
