Jules Lerat

Jules Lerat is an experienced asset manager currently serving as a Pan-European Asset Manager and Asset Manager Analyst at Praemia REIM since January 2022, specializing in healthcare and educational asset management across three portfolios comprising 338 properties in multiple European countries. Prior roles include Real Estate Investment Analyst at Edmond de Rothschild, where investment opportunities were identified and analyzed, and Real Estate Program Manager at Eiffage Immobilier, overseeing housing programs in the Ile-de-France region.
